At winterbizz.com, all of our items are made-to-order, which ensures that each item is printed specifically for you, one at a time, to ensure the highest quality possible. As a result, our delivery times may vary. However, this is also why we can offer such fantastic pricing on our products. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Shipping Times

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 – 5 business days of ordering and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

The approximate shipping time accords to each country:

  • US Delivery Time: 10-15 business days (not included production time)
  • International Delivery Time: 20-25 business days  (not included production time)
  • Processing time: 2-5 business days
  • Due to the current situation, shipping time will be delayed by 10-15 days, hopefully for everyone to understand

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for the update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.

ORDER TRACKING

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link that enables you to track your package until it reaches your doorstep. Please note that it may take 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and no information is available, it simply means that the carrier has yet to process your parcel. Once the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

In the event that your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request that they forward or redirect your package, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
